Job Title: Procurement Analyst

Location: Based in Gurugram, India and will require working on site.

About the Role:

The purpose of this position is to craft and analyse reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management and performance of suppliers and vendors.

Essential duties:

Assisting and running sourcing events across 11 countries as directed by Asia Procurement Lead.

• Designs and implements reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
• Maintain integrity of databases, data setup, quality, collection and make changes as needed to improve accuracy, usefulness and access.
• Set up new suppliers in various ERP systems, worker management systems.
• Maintaining ongoing compliance of suppliers by working with Facility Coordinators and Suppliers.
• Data cleanse & maintenance - Vendor code/name alignment in various systems.
• RFP process
• Coordinate visits and presentations with suppliers.
• Provide support in RFP analysis.
• Ensure following of the approval process for execution.
• Supplier Relationship Management (SRM):
• Managing supplier monthly, quarterly schedule for Asia Suppliers.
• Assist with leading select business reviews.
• iPerform / iRisk issue surveys to Facility Managers.
• Data and assurance for monthly/quarterly meetings aligned to KPIs.
• Document Management including drafting contract and SharePoint maintenance.
• May deliver Training Materials & Guidance on process for Facility Coordinators to apply in relation to all things supplier related.
• Adhoc requests, reporting and other duties may be assigned.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient procurement processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training.
• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Skills and/or Abilities:

• Experience with procurement software and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to deliver efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to adequately present information.
• Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
• Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
