Fit-out Coordinator:

Rave Design is a Mumbai based; multifaceted design firm engaged in shopping center projects across India. We are looking for Fit-out Coordinators (male/female) for one of our latest and prestigious projects in Delhi.

Qualifications:

• Qualified architect/ Interior Designer/ Civil engineer / MEP Engineer for interior fit-out works with 2-5 years experience
• Preferably having done fit-out management in malls
• Interiors site execution role
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Must be customer friendly, meticulous, punctual, sincere, presentable, well groomed, well mannered
• Following company processes & taking up responsibility at site
• Administrative reporting into Head of the Clients Retail Coordinator Team
• Functional dotted reporting to the Rave Design HO at Mumbai

Tasks and Skillsets for the role:

• Coordinate and manage site visits by retailer/ their architect for the purpose of fit out.
• Coordinate & manage joint measurements with retailer / their design team/contractor for the purpose of agreement.
• Resolving retailer’s queries with respect to the site/grey shell
• Coordinate with Client’s Project Team to ensure completion of grey shell for the purpose of handover
• Coordinate with the retailer’s contractor & Clients operations team for a kick off meeting at the start of fit out.
• Coordinate with retailer for board out of property and getting it executed before move-in
• Ensure that the fit out is in accordance with the approved design.
• Identifying and escalating any deviation from the approved design.
• Resolve any technical queries /issues during the course of fit-out in consultation with HO team
• Coordinate with the Client’s Project/Engineering/Operations team for regular site inspections of each fit out as per the fit-out processes and generate reports of the same.
• Complete all documentation for the pre-fit-out, move-in & fit-out completion working closely with client’s operations team
• Develop periodical MIS reports of the fit-outs for the management.
• Generate Weekly Fit Out Completion Report for each ongoing fit-out & overall for the project
• Participate in weekly fit out review meeting with client’s teams & our HO team and circulate the MoM for the same
• Make minor corrections etc in some lease drawings if required in autocad
• Pre-opening site inspection along with the Client project team
• Upload completed drawings & documentation of each store before start of trading.
