Architect

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team, contributing to the planning, design, and execution of various architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in architecture, working on both commercial and residential projects, with a strong focus on project coordination, client interaction, and site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design and architectural projects from concept through to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure design objectives are met within budget and timeline.
• Prepare and present architectural plans, designs, and proposals.
• Review and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all phases.
• Ensure quality control in all phases of project development.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress and resolve any design issues or challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Architect, with a proven track record in managing and coordinating architectural projects.
• Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in project management, including budget and timeline management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• LEED Certification or other sustainable architecture credentials.
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
