Purchase Executive

Job Overview:

Klene Paks Limited is hiring a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and invoice processing. The role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Purchase Orders (POs) and Material Purchase Requisitions (MPRs).
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
• Oversee invoice clearance and ensure timely payments.
• Track deliveries and manage inventory levels.
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate pricing.
• Collaborate with departments for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) in any relevant field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management preferred.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
