Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
• Evaluate supplier quotes, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and update project MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material requirements and optimize procurement strategies.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in supply chain management or a related field).
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel for data management and reporting.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.
