Account Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data, including banking and taxation.
• Manage regulatory compliance related to taxation (both Direct & Indirect Taxes), financial reporting, and company policies.
• Maintain and strengthen banking relationships, ensuring smooth financial transactions and compliance with banking regulations.
• Assist in tax planning, filings, and audits, ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws.
• Support internal and external audits, preparing financial statements and necessary documentation.
• Work closely with the finance team to optimize financial processes and ensure best practices in taxation, banking, and compliance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: CA or CMA (qualified/semi-qualified).
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and banking operations.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of Direct & Indirect Taxation laws.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, compliance frameworks, and auditing processes.
• Hands-on experience with banking transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
