Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Head/Manager/Executive to oversee and optimize our entire supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex supply chain operations, from procurement to production to distribution. This role requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and timely delivery.

2. Demand Planning and Forecasting: Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer demand to accurately forecast inventory needs.

3. Procurement and Sourcing: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and source high-quality materials at competitive prices.

4. Production Planning: Collaborate with production teams to optimize production schedules, minimize lead times, and ensure on-time delivery.

5. Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize holding costs while ensuring sufficient stock levels.

6. Logistics and Distribution: Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.

7. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential supply chain risks (e.g., disruptions, delays, quality issues) and develop mitigation strategies.

8. Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and measure progress.

9. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals.

10. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Respective Proven experience: Supply Chain Executives(up to 2 years), Supply Chain Managers (MIn. 2-5 years as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role), Supply Chain Head(Min. 5-8 experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role) .

3. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.

4. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and ERP systems.

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

6. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
