Job Summary:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive with 2-3 years of experience to manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize supply chain processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy through regular audits.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Track shipments and resolve any logistics-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.
• Work closely with finance and operations teams to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
• Identify and implement best practices for supply chain efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and supply chain software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce sector.
• Understanding of demand forecasting and risk management.
• Certification in Supply Chain or Logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
