Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager Sourcing & Logistics to oversee procurement, vendor management, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Purchase Management

• Identify and evaluate suppliers to procure goods and services at optimal quality and cost.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, monitor approvals, and track order fulfillment.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality and inventory standards.

Vendor Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Address vendor-related disputes and conduct performance evaluations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service levels.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

• Monitor stock levels and align purchases with business needs to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Collaborate with production and inventory teams for efficient material planning.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

• Plan and execute timely dispatch of goods to customers and internal locations.
• Work closely with transport and logistics providers for efficient and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure accurate documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, and shipping records.

Customer & Vendor Communication

• Manage communication with customers regarding delivery timelines and order status.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all procurement, dispatch, and logistics activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain comprehensive records for procurement, vendor agreements, and dispatch logistics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Advanced Plastics, Elastomers, and Metal Sourcing.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and experience in Imports and Exports.
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchase, and logistics management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Tally/Tranzact).
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and logistics coordination skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
