Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager with expertise in managing the complete product lifecyclefrom conceptualization to customer delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations across procurement, production, inventory, distribution, and customer satisfaction while maintaining cost efficiency and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Manage the full product life cycle from planning, sourcing, production, storage, and distribution to customer delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and sales, to ensure timely product delivery.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and bottlenecks.
• Analyze supply chain data and metrics to improve processes and operational performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the supply chain.
• Stay updated on market trends and technological advancements in supply chain management.
• Lead and mentor supply chain team members to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Requirements:

• BE/BTech degree with an MBA in Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience in managing the full product life cycle in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
