Quality Inspector

Klene Paks Limited (UNIT -4) is looking for a Quality Inspector to ensure the highest standards in production quality. The role involves maintaining QA documents, providing COA for pre-dispatch, checking parameters in running rolls, and ensuring quality control in extrusion blown film processes (monolayer & multilayer). The ideal candidate should have 2 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance within the plastic packaging or extrusion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain QA documents and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide Certificates of Analysis (COA) for pre-dispatch materials.
• Monitor and check parameters of running rolls during production.
• Conduct quality inspections for extrusion blown film processes (monolayer & multilayer).
• Identify and rectify quality issues to ensure product consistency.
• Work closely with the production team to implement quality control measures.
• Ensure adherence to company and industry quality standards.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to quality inspections.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of extrusion blown film technology (monolayer & multilayer).
• Experience in quality assurance and inspection processes.
• Knowledge of QA documentation and COA preparation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
