Sales Executive - Solar

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a strong technical understanding of industrial products, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers in industrial sectors.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell our range of industrial solar solutions and EPC solutions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Technical Consultation: Understand customer needs and provide the right product recommendations.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management.
• On-Site Visits: Conduct field visits to client locations for business development and project discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in industrial sales (Any Industrial Product)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic sales environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel for business meetings and client visits.
