Job Description
Summary / Purpose of the role
- To coordinate with plant & sales team for execution of SMPD spares business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with Dealer / Customer / RO Engineer / Plant for pre & post order activities
- Handling order execution part with Plant & Various departments like QA, PED, Purchase, Finance
- Reporting business status through various MIS reports generated through SAP.
- Order amendments like price / discount / BOM etc. in SAP.
- Maintaining dealer agreements & DPC for CSS dealers.
- Compilation of reports Dealer Database. Customer Database, Quantum GTM, SFDC, SFR, MRM, etc.
- Preparing & maintaining quotation bank & monitoring order hit ratio.
- Preparation of dealer’s quarterly incentive working.
- Preparation & maintaining list price for spares parts in SAP
