Deputy Manager - Spare Sales (Pump Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Spares business for India & SAARC Countries for Industrial & Engineered pump division.
• Configuration of the Pricing structure, Price support to RO for Spares / Pumpset / Retrofit/Replacement/Reverse engineering jobs.
• Preparing MIS reports like Monthly Review Meeting, Go To Market , Sales Focused Review, Quarterly Review Meeting , Annual Operating Plan, etc.
• Enquiry generation, preparation of cost sheets, preparing techno commercial quotations, attending techno-commercial discussions/negotiations with the customers.
• Dealer management, measurement & assessment of their performance, establish target oriented and effective dealership network, suggest changes in the dealership network based on the business requirements / dealer's assessment including cancellation Appointment of dealerships.
• Visiting customers / dealers / regional offices all over India for reviews, training and product presentation
• Coordinating with Customers, order execution, purchase, MRP, Quality, design departments & preparing MIS reports on periodic basis.
• Issuance of dealer incentive credit note & other commercial memos.
• Process Development: To develop the process to streamline the system for more deliverable of results. Interacting with IT, Design & other departments & clients for developing the system.
• Improve OTIF - 100% orders are clear techno commercially & maintain Pending order board.
• Maintaining Annual DPC & Dealer Agreements.
• Initiate and execute Promotional activities like Seminars/ Exhibitions /Customer Direct-mailer/ In-House seminars/ Influencers Meets/ASD meet
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 8-12 years in the pump industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in any specialization.
• Expert in MS Office
