  • We are B2B SaaS Platform pre-dominantly into the HR Space, helping companies and employees w.r.t time, attendance, performance management, payroll management, onboarding and hiring modules.
  • This is one of those products which any HR would need to automate his/her process in any organization.
  • 8 years since we have entered the market, and we do have a client base of around 8500 at present domestically and now we are planning to expand to the US Market
  • Some of our clients are OYO, RR, Dream11, One+, shadi.com and so on. We have recently received Series funding of $57 million as well which is highest in the SaaS world.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Customer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will take the lead in driving customer engagement, creating impactful content, and managing campaigns that strengthen relationships and enhance customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on customer success and learn how marketing strategies contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute customer go-live activities, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience while creating impactful collaterals to support and enhance the process.
  • Assist in planning and executing customer-focused marketing campaigns, including webinars, and events.
  • Support the creation of customer-centric content such as case studies, testimonials, and social media posts.
  • Help gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and interviews.
  • Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to align messaging and ensure consistency in customer communication.
  • Contribute to customer advocacy programs by identifying and nurturing potential advocates for testimonials and referrals.
  • Assist in organizing customer webinars to showcase product features and updates.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements and Skill Set:

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and crafting engaging content.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and presentation skill.
  • Passion for customer engagement and understanding customer needs.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
