Key Responsibilities:

Optimize and monitor campaign strategies across all marketing channels

Conduct A/B testing to create data-driven strategies for hitting key metrics

Execute high-converting marketing strategies based on data analytics

Identify opportunities to scale business, acquire new customers, and drive customer retention

Oversee paid search and social acquisitions

Launch or enhance referral marketing programs

Coordinate across SEO, digital marketing, social media, design, email marketing, and other marketing teams initiatives

Required Skills:

Data Analytics: Ability to analyze data to inform marketing strategies

A/B Testing: Experience in conducting tests to optimize campaigns

Marketing Campaign Management: Proficiency in managing and executing marketing campaigns

Conversion Rate Optimization: Skills in improving the effectiveness of marketing efforts

Basic User Experience: Understanding of user experience principles

Strategy: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies

Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
