• Monitor and analyze cost variances, ensuring alignment with budgeted targets.
• Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures.
• Track expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Prepare financial reports on cost performance, forecasts, and trends.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Conduct profitability analysis for projects, products, and services.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Work with procurement and inventory teams to optimize spending and resource utilization.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Utilize ERP and financial software for accurate cost tracking and reporting.
