Job Title - Product Design - Mobile
Experience: 2 to 4 years, L1

As a Mobile Product Designer at Keka, you will
- Design intuitive experiences for mobile interface of Keka which is used by multiple personas like employees, managers etc.
- Design interfaces keeping in mind the gestalt principles of design which creates visual delight while using it
- Define user journey and explore data points to inform design decisions
- Contribute to mobile design system and patterns by having good knowledge of Material design system of Android and Human interface guidelines of iOS
- Work closely with mobile PMs, designers and engineers to reach the goals of mobile team
- Work closely with other product vertical PMs and designers to understand and implement features in mobile
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, ensuring continuous improvement
- Plan your tasks and predict timeline of assigned projects
- Present highly impactful feature designs to senior leadership and executive level
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications
- Keep learning about the domain, so that you bring innovation
What we are looking for
- At least 2 year of experience in product design roles with product orgs
- Experience owning the end-to-end design for a mobile product
- Worked in and enjoys fast paced start-up environment.
- Fast with Figma skills
- An outstanding portfolio with case studies on mobile projects showcasing knowledge in user experience, interaction, visual/user interface design
- Given some direction, can do user research
- Can ask the right questions and understand the user problems. Has the ability to think like a user and form hypothesis based on situation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders
