Job Description

We are seeking an Intermediate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You ll be responsible for designing user interfaces, crafting seamless user journeys, and conducting user research to inform design decisions. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centered design, and 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, we d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve user experience challenges
Recommend and Execute Improvements: Continuously enhance designs for better user engagement
Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand needs and present design solutions clearly
Continuous Development: Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and tools
User Research: Conduct research to understand user behavior and create detailed user personas
Pain Points Analysis: Identify pain points in the user journey and suggest improvements
UX Strategy: Develop and communicate strategic improvement plans
Wireframing: Design low to medium fidelity wireframes to map user flows
User Interface Design: Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces
Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to test design ideas
Design Documentation: Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for implementation
User Testing: Conduct testing, interpret feedback, and iterate on solutions
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve UX and UI issues throughout the project

Requirements:

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, working with various design tools and software.
Leadership: Proven experience leading a small team of designers.

Technical Requirements:

User Research: Ability to analyze user behavior, identify preferences, and create detailed user personas.
Pain Points Analysis: Identify key user pain points and recommend improvements for applications or websites.
UX Strategy: Develop and communicate strategic improvement plans by integrating user research and pain point analysis.
Wireframing: Design low- to medium-fidelity wireframes to outline user flows and journey enhancements.
User Interface Design: Translate concepts into visually appealing and functional interfaces.
Prototyping: Experience in creating interactive prototypes to validate design ideas.
Integration Tools: Proficiency with integration tools and collaborating with developers (e.g., using Zeplin).
Comprehensive Design Documentation: Ability to create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Interaction Design Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
User Testing: Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and implement improvements.
Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve UX and UI issues throughout the project lifecycle.
