Product Designer

What you will do:

• Conceptualized, visualized, and designed our product UX, working in highly collaborative and agile teams. Also, be responsible for the creative direction the product should take
• Collaborating with product owners, cross-functional teams, and other designers to define the best UX solutions based on the research, business, and user needs.
• Identify and analyze a problem and take practical actions to develop creative, novel solutions.
• Work closely with the Product and the engineering team to deliver delightful customer experiences and ship new features
• You will leverage your expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Cloud, Miro, etc. to work on projects from start to finish, ensuring quality control and testing of delivered solutions.
• Conduct proper UX research and test the product for ease of use, functionality, and intuitiveness.
• Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to other stakeholders
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes with a great user experience.
• Attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.

What we expect:

• 4+ years of experience in designing digital products and a portfolio of impressive work.
• Proficiency with the latest tools to build design and a strong desire to learn new ones. Figma expertise is preferred.
• Expertise in core design and prototyping tools with an interest in exploring new tools and processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to the team and leadership.
• Strong understanding and application of user-centered design methods and principles.
• A portfolio showing your high-quality work.
• Take ownership and drive our designs to their logical end, right from Figma to user testing
• Balancing great designs with excellent delivery.
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus point.
