Job Description:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including identifying target markets, defining sales targets, and outlining tactics for achieving sales goals.
2. Deal Closure: Use communication channels, including email, chat, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions, to effectively close deals with clients and partners, demonstrating persuasive negotiation skills and overcoming objections.
3. Partnership Development: Identify and onboard new partners, including healthcare providers such as doctors, clinics, diagnostics labs, and other relevant organizations, establishing and nurturing strategic relationships to drive business growth and expansion.
4. Partner Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partnership inquiries, requests, and escalations, and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction and engagement.
5. Support and Training: Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to partners, including product knowledge, sales enablement tools, and marketing materials, to help them effectively promote our services.
6. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales and partnership performance data, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies for driving continuous improvement.
7. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the elder care space, conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
8. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all sales and partnership activities, maintaining integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all interactions.
9. Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales and partnership strategies with overall business objectives, fostering a collaborative and cohesive organizational culture.
Requirements:
- Graduate (technical/science preferred) + MBA (marketing / healthcare / retail management preferred).
- 6-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales automation tools, and other sales enablement technologies to manage sales activities, track performance, and generate insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client/customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
