As a Supply Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new partners as well as activating the dormant ones. Ensuring compliance with company policies, and optimizing their journey from sign-up to activation. You will work closely with internal teams, including operations, sales, and support, to streamline processes and enhance partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Prospect leads through online and offline efforts through cold calls/meetings and other innovative mechanisms to create a lead pool of potential vendors.
- Onboarding Execution: Guide new suppliers/providers through the onboarding process, ensuring they complete all necessary documentation, training, and system setup.
- Compliance & Verification: Ensure all suppliers meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks before activation.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process and work on improving workflows for efficiency.
- Training & Support: Conduct training sessions, provide necessary resources, and assist partners in understanding how to use the platform/services effectively.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of onboarding status, document verification, and supplier performance metrics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for new partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Track early-stage supplier performance and engagement, identifying any risks or issues that require intervention.
- Ad-hoc Support: Support the team as and when required to fulfil the assignments in the set time allocated
- Escalation Support: Act as the first level of escalation handling and liaise with management to provide a resolution internally and externally
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry liaising with medical professionals will be a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in supply onboarding, vendor management, or operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Suite/MS Office, and other relevant onboarding software.
- Process-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory aspects related to supplier/vendor onboarding.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve onboarding efficiency.
