Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in industrial and food safety, as well as health sales, to drive sales of health packages and diagnostics. The ideal candidate should have an established network, a proven track record in industrial sales, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target industrial and food safety clients to promote health packages and diagnostics.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Leverage existing databases and industry connections to drive lead generation and sales.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in the industrial and food safety sectors.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their specific health and safety requirements.
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery of services and effective resolution of issues.
3. Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in industrial and food safety health sales.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management to refine sales strategies.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to expand service offerings and geographic reach.
5. Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Provide feedback on client needs and market demands to inform product development.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in health packages, diagnostics, or food safety sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B environments.
- Strong database and network in the industrial and food safety sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
