Role: Senior Vice President - Sales & Business Development

Join our team at ImpactGuru as a Vice President - Sales & Business Development. We're seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare access and patient care across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Doctors and Hospitals for major alliances and regular patient referrals.

- Create and manage digital fundraising campaigns for patients for crowdfunding.

- Lead and grow the Business Development and Partnerships team, including remote / field team members all across the country.

- Forge new crowdfunding partnerships across India across various medical verticals

- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Content, PR and Communications team

- Set revenue and partnership goals for the BD team, and manage the team's weekly and monthly partnership pipelines

- Manage existing relationships and client engagement in a thoroughly structured way.

- Execute partnership activities by working closely with internal stakeholders within Marketing, Product and Technology.

What You'll Need :

- 5+ years of work experience in sales within the health technology sector

- Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively

- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce

- Willingness to travel within the country for business purposes.
