Telecaller For Lending

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to improve conversion for lending.
• Explain the features and benefits of the lending product to customers clearly and persuasively.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information on loan terms and conditions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate lending solutions.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update call outcomes
• Meet daily and monthly call targets as defined by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum experience of 1 year
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
• Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
