Role : Customer Retention Specialist

Location : Mumbai (Marol - Andheri)


Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled individual to develop and implement effective strategies for retaining our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in creating referral strategies, increasing conversions, and driving growth for products. Additionally, they should be well-versed in incentivization modeling and have a strong background in marketing. This role will require the person to work very closely with the Chief Product Officer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and report on key growth metrics, communicating results and insights to leadership.
  • Analyze product, tele-sales and marketing funnels to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct user research to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and motivations.
  • Develop referral strategies and execute referral programs to increase customer retention and drive business growth.
  • Develop and test hypotheses for growth, rapidly iterate based on results, and scale what works.
  • Utilize data analysis and market insights to develop strategies that increase conversions and drive growth for our products.
  • Create and manage incentivization models to motivate customers to continue using our products and services.
  • Engage in effective communication with customers to understand their needs and preferences, addressing concerns and implementing retention initiatives

Requirement:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a product or customer retention role, with a proven track record of driving customer retention and increasing revenue
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in working closely with C-suite executives and contributing to strategic decision making.
