- Work on incoming leads from the Lead Generation team and ensure timely follow-up.
- Achieve weekly site visit and closure targets in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Project Head.
- Provide continuous feedback to teams on predetermined parameters to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support sales strategies.
- Assist in the creation of compelling presentations and proposals for potential clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in presales or a similar role, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
