Role & responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations for each role.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for various non-IT positions such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, HR, supply chain, etc.
• Should be good in MIS and excellent command in Excel , ATS etc
