ServiceNow (CMDB) Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Candidates must have at least 6+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.
• Must have 4+ years of ServiceNow CMDB/Discovery experience with strong understanding of CSDM 4.0 and asset management processes.
• Extensive experience with Discovery Patterns, identification, and reconciliation engine (IRE) rules, configuration item and service life cycle, and auxiliary data sources integrations.
• Experience tracking CMDB health metrics and working towards achieving CMDB health KPIs.
• Experience in modeling relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services.
• Experience translating feature requests, technical specifications, and high-level requirements into specific solutions and tasks and the ability to re-engineer business processes.
