Job Description
- Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and demonstrated project and management skills.
- Hands on developing workflows and in customizing the applications in Service Now using JavaScript.
- Hands on in creating the Custom Applications, Modules and Tables in Service Now as per the requirements.
- Experience in building custom Applications, Service portal , Service Catalog Items, Order Guides, Business Rules, Clients Scripts, Script Includes, Transform Maps in Import sets and ACLs in Service-now
- Experience in working on the ITIL Process Configuration like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Knowledge Management & Service Catalog Management in Service Now.
- Experience on various Service Now customizations as per client's requirement.
- Experience in configuring the SLAs for various ITIL processes as per the client requirements.
- Experience on Record Producers and Order Guides.
- Experience on update set for moving one source to another.
- Worked on UI policies, data policies, UI actions and business rules in Service Now.
- Worked on creating users, roles, groups and configured LDAP Server and LDAP Listener for updating the user and group table record.
- Have good experience on both REST and SOAP integrations
- Ability to learn new Technologies and tools quickly.
- Capable of adopting to work on new Technologies and Environments easily.
