Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced GEM Portal Specialist to manage and oversee our organization's activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and effective utilization of the GEM platform for procurement and sales processes.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Product uploading in GEM Portal by arranging required information such as technical details,
MRP, Offer Price, Manufacturers Authorization Certificate, Product Brochure, MRP Document,
Product Images etc.

2. Search tenders with help of tender numbers or appropriate keywords.

3. Internal discussion with team about the tender, product stock and gather required information
ex. Price to be quoted to get qualified under L1.

4. Preparation of bid documents such as technical bid, payment terms and conditions, warranty
terms and conditions, technical compliance sheet, declarations as required, Annexures, Bid
Checklist, Make in India documents, Service Centre Details Documents etc.

5. Reply to clarifications requested from buyers in participated tenders.

6. Participating in reverse auctions.

7. Adding Brand / OEM Name with help of trademark certificates in GEM Portal.

8. Reply and resolve the queries raised by GEM Admin for the products uploaded and get it
approved.

9. Review Order Received on GEM and work on Order Processing.

10. Arrange for EMDs or Performance Bank Guarantee as per tender needs.

11. Generate GEM Invoice by submitting Tax Invoice details, E-way Bill & Courier Details.

12. Track dispatch and inform the same to customer once products are delivered.

13. Follow up for payment

14. Discuss and provide support to customers if they need help on releasing the tenders and
many more.

• Vendor Management / Registration
• Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitors activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain sales records and provide quarterly reports.
