Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key accounts in the assigned territory (Institutional, Industrial, Government & Corporate)
• Experienced in Generating leads through cold calling, direct visits, and referrals
• Drive team performance & sales through effective leadership and motivation
• Develop and manage channel partners
• Ensure repeat business and achieve sales targets
• Promote commercial water purifiers, dispensers, and Integrated Water Coolers, Water Vending machines advanced water treatment solutions
• Promoting a unique product dispensing Ultrapure Water meant for Molecular Research & Hybrid Technology Laboratories, Pathology Labs, Hospitals & Pharmaceutical Industries.
• Build relationships with project consultants, architects, and clients
• Conduct market research and report on competitive product.
• Identifying & appointment of suitable channel partners in the assigned Territory.
• Hand holding & helping Channel Partners manpower to achieve preset objectives.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in B2B sales is a must, preferably in the water treatment industry, consumer durables, office/ Industrial automation industry
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
