Product to handle Drinking water (Water cooler, RO, UV) Pre Treatment – Sand Filter, Softener, and Lab Water Purification system.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Preparing & sending quotations to renew the AMC/ACMC for existing customers.
• Responsible for service revenue generation by follow-up with the existing customer via mail/call & physical meeting.
• Identifying & converting the customer with the competitor’s product.
• Follow up on mail/call for the outstanding amount.
• Coordination & support to the internal service franchisee for operations like technical & system support.
• Monitor the performance of service partners, ensuring adherence to company standards and TAT requirements.
• Weekly and monthly reporting (PPT) to the concerned Reporting Manager.
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients in selected region and to ensure they do not turn to competition
• Ensuring repeat business from the existing clients of assigned Territory.
• Achievement of sales objectives.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
