JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing and Website Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketing campaigns and website performance. The ideal candidate will drive traffic, increase conversions, and ensure the website functions seamlessly while continuously improving SEO, UX/UI, and overall digital performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN etc.)
• Monitor and analyze SEO and website analytics to improve site performance and user experience
• Collaborate with design, development, and content teams for website updates and enhancements
• Develop and manage A/B testing strategies for continuous improvement
• Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing and business goals

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in performance marketing and website management
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with web design and development tools (WordPress, HTML/CSS, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Paid plans for e-comm platforms will be a plus point
