Job Summary:

We are looking for an exceptional customer service professional to handle after-sales service queries and provide top-notch support to our Electrical Vehicle customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to take ownership of their work.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer complaints and queries via phone, email, and in-person

- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues

- Coordinate with the service team to resolve customer complaints

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback and improve customer experience

Requirements:

- Graduation in any discipline

- 1-2 years of experience in a calling-based job, preferably in customer service or tele-calling

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and good in English

- Computer knowledge in MS Excel, email, and other software applications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer queries simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of work

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
