Job Summary
The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring timely submission of competitive and compliant bids.
This role involves coordinating with various internal departments, understanding client requirements, and preparing detailed tender documents.
The Tender Executive plays a crucial role in securing new business opportunities and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Must have costing knowledge of Civil, Electrical & Steel fabrication work
Key Responsibilities
• Tender Preparation:
• Review and analyze tender documents to understand client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submission.
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate tender responses in line with client specifications.
• Ensure all submission deadlines are met and compliance with tender requirements is maintained.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Manage the documentation process, including the creation of necessary certificates, licenses, and other requireddocumentation.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all tender submissions.
• Keep abreast of changes in tendering laws and regulations.
• Coordination and Communication: • Collaborate with various departments, such as sales, legal, finance, and operations, to gather information for tender submissions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for communication with clients during the tendering process.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
• Market Research: • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for pricing and positioning in tenders.
• Relationship Management: • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities through tendering processes.
Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in tendering and bidding processes.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to tender submissions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
