Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition Strategy (70%)


Talent Acquisition Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the organizations current and future hiring needs.
    • Analyze workforce trends and work closely with senior management to forecast hiring needs based on business priorities.
    • Stay informed on market trends, industry practices, and new technologies to enhance the recruitment process.

Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists and recruiters, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth objectives.
    • Build a high-performing team focused on achieving recruitment targets while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
    • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities for team members.

Recruitment Process Management:

    • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring effective candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that include leveraging job boards, social media, and talent pipelines to attract diverse candidates.
    • Foster collaboration with hiring managers to ensure an effective, smooth recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

    • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
    • Work with the marketing team to create and implement branding strategies and recruitment campaigns.
    • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, from initial contact to on boarding.

Diversity & Inclusion (D&I):

    • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
    • Implement strategies to improve diversity at all levels of the organization.

Operational Excellence (30%)


Recruitment Operations Management:

    • Oversee the operational aspects of the talent acquisition function, ensuring efficient day-to-day processes and adherence to budget and timelines.
    • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure recruitment data is tracked, updated, and reported accurately.
    • Review and optimize recruitment workflows, identifying bottlenecks and improving efficiency in the hiring process.

Budget and Cost Control:

    • Manage the recruitment budget, ensuring that all recruitment activities remain within budget while achieving hiring objectives.
    • Monitor and report on the cost-per-hire, time-to-hire, and other key recruitment metrics to ensure cost-effective talent acquisition.

Recruitment Technology & Tools Optimization:

    • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment tools, technology, and platforms to ensure the recruitment process is optimized for performance.
    • Leverage data and analytics to drive continuous improvements and make data-driven decisions on process enhancements.

Vendor Management:

    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other third-party vendors.
    • Negotiate contracts, manage service level agreements (SLAs), and monitor vendor performance to ensure high-quality recruitment services.

Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment process.
    • Develop regular reports on key recruitment metrics, trends, and project updates for senior management and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Process Innovation:

    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency, improve candidate quality, and reduce time-to-fill.
    • Regularly assess and refine recruitment strategies to ensure they align with business objectives and industry trends.
