Sr. HR Manager - (Talent Acquisition)

Role: Talent Acquisition

Skill: Recruitment & Selection

Job Description:

  1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  2. Ability to positively represent the organization to potential candidates.
  3. Experience in creating sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough.
  4. Experience in coordinating with the management to identify the exact staffing requirements.
  5. Experience in measuring key recruitment metrics, like a source of hire and time-to-hire, cost per hire, cost savings, etc.
  6. Source and match candidates to defined profiles for specific open requisitions & create a pool of candidate data from job portals across different professional networks like: LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri.com, etc.
  7. Hands-on experience in social media hiring.
  8. Planning interviews, selection procedures, and scheduling interviews for specific job openings.
  9. Capable of creating a strong talent pipeline for the companys existing and future hiring requirements.
  10. Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, on the company s website, and on various professional network platforms.
  11. Compiling collective feedback of the interview from the technical team and adding details to the companys recruitment record.

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor s degree, preferably in Computer Science. MBA would be a Bonus.

Experience:-

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a corporate as a Talent Acquisition specialist.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with minimum supervision.
