Sr. Product Manager (AI)

We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Senior Product Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge AI products. This role operates at the intersection of technology and business, requiring strong collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions aligned with strategic goals. • Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Product Development & Management:
• Create comprehensive product requirements and manage product development processes using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational vision.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, delivering timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Research & Strategy:
• Conduct user research, industry analysis, and competitor mapping to identify opportunities and guide product development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute the organizations AI strategy.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Work with UI/UX designers and usability experts to craft outstanding customer experiences for all client-facing features.
• AI Expertise:
• Assess AI use cases to define requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure responsible product delivery.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on AI solutions, providing guidance and training to internal teams.
• Must have experience around building RAG based AI solutions, AI Agents, Search Engines, etc.
• Should have good experience in prompt engineering and its different techniques, understanding around Agent frameworks, tools used in building AI applications such as Hybrid, Semantic for retrievals.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements, models, and trends to integrate cutting-edge technologies into product development.
• Attend AI workshops, conferences, and deliver webinars to showcase expertise and share insights.
• Go-to-Market Activities:
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare product and marketing materials.
• Support go-to-market initiatives to ensure successful product launches.

• Experience & Expertise:
• Minimum of 6+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML products or SaaS solutions.
• Strong technical background, with knowledge of technology stacks, data, and product-building processes.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing AI products.
• Tools & Methodologies:
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management.
• AI/ML Knowledge:
• Up-to-date understanding of AI/ML basics, including prompts, models, white papers, and emerging technologies.
• Core Skills:
  Exceptional communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage teams proactively and cultivate productive client and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and a results-oriented attitude.

• Familiarity with industry standards and emerging best practices in product management and technology.
• Exposure to working in startup environments.
• MBA or a master s degree in a related field.
