What you will do?

End-to-End Product Management: Be the driving force behind the entire product lifecycle, from brainstorming to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to make sure everything hits the mark, on time and with top-notch quality.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Team up with clients, leadership, and cross-functional groups to transform business needs into action-packed product requirements that deliver results.

Market & Data-Driven Insights: Dive into the market, study user behavior, and keep a close eye on the competition while using data and KPIs to supercharge product performance and enhance user experience.

User-Centric Approach & Design: Partner with UI/UX teams to build products that users love, incorporating their feedback to continuously evolve and improve the product.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of the tech curve immerse yourself in the latest trends like GenAI, AI Agents, and other cutting-edge innovations, applying them in your product strategies for continuous growth.

Go-to-Market & Growth Strategy: Develop sharp pricing, positioning, and monetization strategies, and work closely with marketing and sales teams to make product launches a smashing success.

Team Leadership & Thought Leadership: Guide and inspire junior product managers, create a high-performance team culture, and represent SmartSense as a thought leader at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
