Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our internet service offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the ISP sector. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, manage the product life cycle, and ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market demands.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Roadmap Development: Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer impact and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience.
Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably within the ISP or telecommunications industry.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of internet technologies, broadband services, and market trends.
