Sr. Product manager (SaaS Products)

We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative products & solutions. This role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver high-impact products across domains like Real Estate, Insurance, FinTech, BFSI, HR, etc. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions aligned with organizational goals. • Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Product Development & Management:
• Define detailed product requirements and manage development processes using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with organizational and client goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Research & Strategy:
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and refine product features.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the organization s SaaS strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
• SaaS Expertise:
• Evaluate use cases across domains such as Real Estate, Insurance, FinTech, BFSI, HR, etc. to develop tailored solutions.
• Must have experience around building SaaS Products
• Stay current with SaaS trends, tools, and technologies to integrate cutting-edge capabilities into product development.
• Act as a subject-matter expert, providing guidance and training to internal teams as needed.

• Experience & Expertise:
• Minimum of 6+ years in product management, with a focus on SaaS products.
• Proven experience in building SaaS solutions across domains such as Real Estate, Insurance, FinTech, BFSI, HR, and Operations.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of technology stacks, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
• Tools & Methodologies:
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies for managing product lifecycles.
• Domain Knowledge:
• Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription management, and scalable architecture.
• Familiar with Regulatory and Compliance awareness to build a saas product.
• Knowledge of integrating SaaS products with third-party tools like CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ERP platforms, HRMS, or banking APIs.
• Understanding of multi-tenant architectures and the ability to design customizable, scalable solutions catering to diverse business needs within specific industries.
• Core Skills:
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results-driven attitude.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor teams while fostering productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Experience working with startups or fast-growing environments.

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in product management.
• MBA or a master s degree in a related field.
