Product Manager - B2B SaaS Domain

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead one or more of Lynkit's product verticals. Your role would include to - lead Lynkit's product delivery, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, managing technical teams, resources and technology tools to ensure high-quality and timely deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the technical point of contact on the team

- Managing technical processes and teams along with using your technical skills to provide the necessary environment for project success

- Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and agile product development environment

- Making contributions to the solutioning process and determining system architecture

- Gathering client requirements and supporting required documentation efforts

- Contribute to product design - think through how best to implement new features, enhanced UX and other product enhancements

- Work with the development teams to ensure timely delivery of products

- Maintain good professional relationships with key players in the product ecosystem

- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and innovations

- Observe and suggest continuous improvements to the project management practice

Required Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering and/ or management with IT product-based company

- Exposure to IoT/GPS/ RFID or vision-based products is highly desirable

- Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and technical designing technique

- Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements

- Hands on experience with supply chain/logistics solutions is highly desirable

- Should be proactive, able to take the initiative and work as a team player

- Excellent written & verbal communication skill is must
