Job Description
1. Generating Service Revenue through Franchisees.
2. Responsible for Indirect sales of services related to water and waste water treatment services like selling of consumables and spares through franchisee.
3. Achievement of Annual target month on month.
4. Handle Business target through Franchisees
5. Monitoring of Franchisees Business activity.
6. Marketing activities for improving business in unreached areas for Franchisees.
7. Coordinating with Franchisees & Dealers to meet business targets on continuous basis.
8. Customer visits along with franchisees.
9. Collection follows ups with franchisees.
10. Appoint new Franchisees & dealers wherever required.
11. Travel to Locations as per requirement.
12. Process Flow Communication & Quick Execution steps or actions for Business improvement in given territory.
13. Continues improvement.
14. Team Management ( Franchises & Dealers Management)

Required Skills
1. Basic knowledge of Water and Waste Water along with their auxiliary equipment and systems
2. Understanding of basic function of Water Waste Water equipments components
3. Computer system knowledge
4. Smart Innovative thinking for automating offering repetitive enquiries
5. Excel and VBA programming
6. Effective communication skills ( Written and verbal)

Exp.- 1 Year to 12 Years
