Job Description: Chattels Design, a leading name in the interior design industry based in Bengaluru, is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our vibrant team. We specialize in delivering innovative and high-quality interior solutions for both residential and commercial spaces. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving our sales initiatives, expanding our client base, and contributing to our continued growth and success in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay up-to-date with interior design trends and competitor activities.

4. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

5. Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve better results. Guide and mentor junior sales staff.

6. Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget requirements.

7. Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Masters of Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 0-2 years as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
• Strong understanding of the Bengaluru market and interior design trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Creative, innovative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Leadership qualities and a team player.
