Sales Executive

We as a klene paks limited the manufacturing of HDPE and PP woven bags, are hiring the Sales Executives.

• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and online messaging.
• Follow up on leads and create opportunities to establish new accounts.
• Identify client needs, match them with products or services, and recommend solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Address client concerns, provide support, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine the sales process and strategies.
• Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and market trends.
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers.
• Track and report on sales performance and metrics.
• Analyze trends to identify potential new markets or sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also actively seeking out new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare and present reports on marketing initiatives and results to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Travel to meet with clients, attend events, and explore new markets as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
