Spare Sales Engineer- Machine Division

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts sales for machine division, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of RFQs, tender documents, and e-tenders to identify potential business opportunities.
  
• Follow up on outstanding payments from customers to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  
• Ensure effective order processing, payment follow-up, sales order management, and quotation generation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in spare parts sales or related field (machine division).
  
• Strong understanding of quotation preparation, tender estimation, tender analysis, and evaluation.
  
• Proficiency in using software such as SAP systems for efficient data management.
