Executive (Tender) - Business Development

Role & responsibilities

a. Actively searching for tenders in organizations and institutions including government, semi government and private (including hospitals) where company can participate.

b. Understanding the requirements of tender from product requirements, pricing, terms for qualification, supply, payment etc. and suggesting tender relevance for the company.

c. Ensuring filling, reviewing & submission of the Tender with complete documents as required in timely manner.

d. Communicating, meeting with relevant officials and liasoning with relevant personnel wherever required.

e. Actively working to ensure ontime supply and payment receipt of tender orders received.

f. Communicating and coordinating with relevant departments as required.

g. Working on any other company related work as directed by HOD/Management

Preferred candidate profile

2+ years in Administrative work

(Experience in Tender working especially Pharma sector will be Preferred)
