Job Title: Tender Manager

Location: Noida

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Tender Manager to manage government tenders on the GeM Portal. The ideal candidate will have strong liaisoning skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage and lead tendering activities efficiently. Candidates based in Noida will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Management on GeM Portal:
   
• Monitor and manage all tendering activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
• Prepare and submit bids in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

1. Liaisoning with Government Departments:
   
• Establish and maintain relationships with key government officials and departments.
• Address and resolve queries related to tenders promptly.

1. Documentation and Compliance:
   
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation for tenders.
• Adhere to all regulations and guidelines outlined in the tender documentation.

1. Team Collaboration:
   
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including procurement, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth tender execution.
• Lead and mentor a small team to achieve tendering objectives.

1. Market Intelligence:
   
• Stay updated on government policies, market trends, and competitor activities related to tendering.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in government tendering, with expertise in managing tenders on the GeM portal.
• Proven ability to build relationships with government officials and departments.

• Strong understanding of GeM portal operations and government tendering processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player with leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in documentation and compliance requirements.

Preferred Candidate:

• Location Preference: Candidates based in Noida will be preferred.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary in the range of ₹4 LPA to ₹9 LPA, depending on experience and knowledge.
