HR Officer

Role & responsibilities:

1. End to end recruitment cycle.
2. To ensure that candidate profiles/skill matches the Job Description / Organizational needs.
3. Identifying and selecting, sourcing the talent from various job portals, references/referrals and head hunting.
4. Screening, short listing, Scheduling Interview, Salary Negotiations & Appointment formalities.
5. Managing pipeline for back up candidates till the candidate is placed.
6. Scheduling drives/ interviews, keeping track of the offered candidates to ensure their joining asap.
7. Coordinating for Joining formalities

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Candidate must be having min 3-4 years of experience in recruitment from manufacturing industry will be preferred.

2. Candidate should possess good communication and presentation skills.

3. Should possess good convincing and negotiation skills.

4. Candidate should be good at multitasking and should be a good listener.

5. Must have knowledge on working on various job portals (Naukri/Linkedin etc.)

6. Ability to coordinate effectively.
